About This Role
CarePine Home Health is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one shift care to our pediatric patients across the Philadelphia region.
Key Responsibilities
- •Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care according to the patient's plan of care
- •Administer medications and prescribed treatments
- •Monitor patient condition and report changes to the supervising Registered Nurse
- •Provide G-tube, respiratory, seizure, diabetic, and other skilled nursing care as applicable
- •Perform tracheostomy and ventilator care for applicable cases
- •Assist with feeding, transfers, mobility, and total care needs when required
- •Communicate with patients, families, nurses, and other members of the care team
- •Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- •Follow CarePine policies and applicable healthcare regulations

- Work Environment
- Primarily caring for pediatric patients in residential and/or school settings. Flexible scheduling opportunities, including full-time and part-time availability. Local travel required within the assigned service area.
