Our CarePine Allentown office is seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Skilled Nursing team. The ideal LPN must have pediatric experience providing personalized 1:1 patient care in home and school settings. Key Responsibilities
- •Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home setting
- •Deliver treatments and nursing services as directed by the care plan
- •Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising Registered Nurse
- •Support implementation of individualized patient care plans
- •Educate patients and families regarding ongoing care needs and treatment plans
- •Assist with care coordination and communication among the care team
- •Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- •Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies

- Primarily caring for pediatric patients in residential settings. Flexible scheduling opportunities, including full-time and part-time availability. Local travel required within the assigned service area.
