   Verify Your Insurance Coverage

   Our intake team will verify your insurance benefits and explain any coverage details before services begin. Medicare, Medicaid, and most commercial plans cover home health services.

3. Step 3

   Complete the Intake Assessment

   A CarePine clinician will visit your home to conduct a comprehensive assessment, understand your medical history, and develop a personalized care plan tailored to your goals.

4. Step 4

   Prepare Your Home

   Clear pathways for safe movement, ensure adequate lighting, and have medications and medical records accessible. Your care team will also conduct a home safety evaluation.

5. Step 5

   Meet Your Care Team

   You'll be introduced to the nurses, therapists, and aides assigned to your care. We prioritize consistency so you see familiar faces throughout your care journey.

6. Step 6

   Begin Your Care Plan

   Your care team will follow the individualized plan, provide education, track progress, and adjust services as needed. You and your family are always part of the conversation.
