Home Health Aide (HHA) — Personal Care

About This Role

CarePine Home Health is hiring compassionate Home Health Aides to serve patients in the Boca Raton and surrounding Palm Beach County area. As an HHA, you will provide essential personal care services including bathing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship.

You'll work under the supervision of our registered nurses to follow individualized care plans and report any changes in patient condition. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients who need help with activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of FloridaRequired
• Completion of a state-approved HHA training program (minimum 75 hours)Required
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)Required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's licenseRequired
• Ability to pass Level 2 background screeningRequired

• Previous home care or personal care experience preferred
