Registered Nurse (RN) — Home Health

About This Role

CarePine Home Health is looking for a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to serve patients in the Broward County area out of our Pompano Beach office. You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and educate patients and families on disease management and wellness.

As a home health RN with CarePine, you'll conduct OASIS assessments, coordinate care with physicians and therapists, and play a critical role in helping patients achieve their health goals in the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of FloridaRequired
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)Required
• Minimum 1 year of acute care or home health nursing experienceRequired
• Proficient in clinical documentation and electronic health recordsRequired
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportationRequired
• CPR/BLS certificationRequired

• OASIS experience preferred
