About This Role
CarePine Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Lehigh Valley team. In this role, you will provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes, conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians and our interdisciplinary care team.
You will work with a diverse patient population including post-surgical recovery, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, and chronic disease management. Our therapists enjoy a manageable caseload, flexible scheduling, and the clinical autonomy to provide the best care possible.
