About This Role
CarePine Home Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to serve patients in the Poconos and Northeast Pennsylvania region from our Stroudsburg office. You will conduct occupational therapy evaluations, develop treatment plans focused on functional independence, and provide skilled interventions to help patients safely perform daily activities in their homes.
Your work will include home safety assessments, adaptive equipment recommendations, fine motor and cognitive rehabilitation, and caregiver education. You'll collaborate closely with our nursing team, physical therapists, and physicians to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
